ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY (
www.OLDWESTBURYPANTHERS.com) - The SUNY College at Old Westbury women's lacrosse team suited up in their Halloween attire to assist the Center for Science Teaching & Learning (CSTL) at "Spooky Fest" on October 25 at Tanglewood Preserve in Rockville Centre, New York.
The 16-acre Tanglewood Preserve was transformed into a family friendly, Halloween event. Wooded paths, exhibits, and festivities on the preserve were featured, with eerie lighting, special effects, and characters along the way.
Head coach
Lauren Schneider and 10 of her student-athletes assisted with entry and exit locations in addition to dressing up as zombie tour guides.
The CSTL is a place where science education is fun!
