@OW_Panthers Men’s Soccer puts on clinic for local youth

ELMONT, NY --- (www.OLDWESTBURYPANTHERS.com) SUNY Old Westbury men's soccer took time to lend their soccer expertise to boys and girls ranging from six years all the way to 16 with a free clinic on April 30 at Elmont Memorial High School in Elmont, New York.

"This was a great opportunity to support the local soccer community," said SUNY Old Westbury head men's soccer coach Patrick Corvetti.

Members of the men's soccer program demonstrated and conducted a variety of skills stations while teaching the basics of soccer to the children and emphasized the importance of being physically fit and leading an active lifestyle during the two hour clinic.

Corvetti, along with assistant coach Ahkeel Rodney, and student-athletes Stephen Locurcio, Kevin Driscoll, Ronald Monge and Mike Warren participated in the event.
