Prior to OW: Played under Coach Trond Skikstein and Øyvind Kjølstad at Modum FK, starting for three years at midfield. Played golf for two years at Holtsmark Golf.

Personal: A Business Administration major, Marius is the son of Svein Toralf and Kirsten Helene Wassend. He has two siblings, Eivind and
Helene.
